Premium Table Setup

Introduction

The premium table is the medium between rates and UI. It will look at risk.Rates and display it on the question according to your chosen configuration.

There are many different ways you can display data. It is down to you and your creativity (or the client) to decide the best way to display the required data.

Here is a summary of the different types of premium tables available for configuration.

Standalone Premium

A single field using an appropriate control (e.g. ‘Currency2dpNegativeWithPicker’) can be used to either present a calculated or manually entered premium for a single section.

Multi-section with a single premium per section

This premium view is configured using the PremiumTableMultiSections control. It allows a single premium to be calculated/entered per section, with additional rows for fees and summaries (premium summary and overall summary).

Multi-limit

This premium view is configured using the PremiumTableMultiLimits control. It allows for multiple limit/premium options to be calculated/entered for a policy section, with additional rows for fees and summaries. In this control users select which options they would like to select for quoting and binding using buttons within the table.
