Insureflow is designed to be simple to use, even for the most complex of tasks and in general, you should find navigating the system and carrying out actions and processes obvious and clear, with specific training not required.

However, if you are using the system for the first time, carrying out new tasks/processes, or looking to get the most out of the system, it's advisable to spend some time reviewing this guide.
