Introduction to Product Pages

Product pages are where questions and actions are placed and defined; they enable the product builder to create places for system users to input data and process actions.

Usually, multiple pages are tied together in a workflow to form a process - such as a new business quotation or a mid-term adjustment.

  • Product pages allow precise control over what questions are displayed and how they are grouped on a single page.

  • Page actions allow product builders to place controls (buttons) on the page. Such controls specify the subsequent steps upon interaction—ranging from simple page navigation to more complex operations such as risk binding, sending emails, creating tasks, generating documents, calling external API calls, checking for referrals and more (often within one action control).

Through these mechanisms, product pages facilitate a dynamic and interactive user experience, streamlining the flow of processes, making decisions based on data and enhancing the system's overall functionality.
