Reserves

Here you can view or add reserves for the claim. Claim reserves can be set per claim section per currency. Notes and details of the user are held against each reserve movement, the history of reserve movements is maintained within each section and currency group. Reserves can also automatically be set when making a claim payment where update reserves is set to 'yes'.

To create a new reserve for a new section and currency group click on the 'Add Reserve' button:

To update an existing reserve select the contextual menu (three dots) on the reserve row and click 'copy and create new':
